How It Works
1. Book your session. Choose the length of time that works for you. First-timers usually start with 90 minutes. All sessions are customized to your goals.
2. We meet live, online. From anywhere in the world, on Zoom video call. You'll get comfortable, close your eyes, and I will intuitively guide you the whole way through. You don’t need any experience with hypnosis or Reiki beforehand.
3. We work on multiple levels at once. Based on your goals, intuition, and my 20+ years of experience, your personalized healing session will unfold. I utilize hypnosis techniques to reach and reprogram your subconscious. Distance Reiki energy is sent to clear and align your chakras and energy field. I may channel in the angels, archangels, loved ones, etc based on your needs.
Distance doesn't limit the work. Energy and the mind aren't bound by physical space.
4. You leave lighter. Most clients feel a shift by the end of the very first session - described as lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
