My Background
My path here started with formal training in psychology and massage therapy, studying the mind-body connection. A spiritual awakening in 2008 pulled me deeper into this field, and I went on to become a certified hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists and a Reiki Master-Teacher.
I've spent 20+ years working in the holistic and wellness space, including as a massage therapist at properties like Mandarin Oriental, Waldorf Astoria, The Langham, and The Essex House. That experience shaped how I hold space for people in vulnerable moments. Today, that same care goes into every Hypno-Reiki, Angel Healing, and intuitive session I offer.
