Seonaid brings you on a spiritual journey with her work. She incorporates a perfect union of spiritual hypnosis (invoking angels, guides or passed loved ones) and Reiki. The overall experience allowed me to not only expand my consciousness, but also provided healing on a physical level that I could tangibly feel within my body. I recall imagining a walk through a lush landscape to soon experience this soothing safe and deep heavy relaxation within my body. Then my conscious mind felt free to just drift into a deep state where my unconscious and my body’s healing abilities (with the help of my guides) took over.
