Seonaid was the first distant Reiki experience I had ever done and I wasn't sure what to expect but when she called me to go discuss what she found after the session I was shocked. She touched on issues I had been thinking about for awhile but hadn't disclosed to anyone. She made suggestions and recommendations of things I could do to work through the issues I was dealing with and it's made a huge difference on my day to day outlook and how I feel on a day to day basis. After the first session I felt a sense of inner calm and peace that I hadn't experienced in awhile. Through the techniques she suggested I have been able to keep that sense of peace while simultaneously working on myself and issues I was dealing with. I can't wait to book another session with Seonaid!!
