I am so pleased with my hypnosis session from Seonaid. She is very good at what she does and made me feel immediately comfortable, secure, and at ease. As someone who is fairly new to hypnosis, I really appreciated her taking the time to explain the process to me as well as discussing my expectations for our session. Through her intuition she was able to zero in on my feelings of self-doubt and self-consciousness and calmly guided me towards riding myself of emotions and thoughts that were limiting me. After our session I felt an immediate surge of energy and creative productivity that seemed to last for days. I cannot wait to work with her again and look forward to our next session!
