5 Ways To Raise The Vibration Of Your Home
Hello starlings,
You may already be working on raising your own vibe and doing a great job at that, but what about your home? Did you know you can raise the energy in your space, (and you should) to keep energy flowing. Webster’s dictionary defines Feng Shu as, a Chinese geomantic practice in which a structure or site is chosen or configured so as to harmonize with the spiritual forces that inhabit it. Harmony and vibration go hand in hand.
To raise the vibration of your home, think of freedom, openness, joy, and inspiration. All of these can be found within and around your space. If your space is cluttered, chaotic, or dirty, think about what comes to mind: emotionally this may feel overwhelming, depressing, or frustrating.
Now think about how you feel in a freshly cleaned space and the emotions that come to mind. Our emotions affect our vibration and our home is a reflection of this. While the work for our own vibration is done on the inside, raising the vibration of our space can help us to feel good, thus helping to raise our vibration.
So What Can You Do To Make Your Home A Sacred Space?
- Clear the space: Start by decluttering your home to remove any stagnant or negative energy. Cleanse each room by smudging with sage, palo santo, or incense to clear out old energy and create a fresh, positive atmosphere.
- Bring in nature: Incorporate plants, crystals, or natural elements into your decor to bring in positive energy. Plants oxygenate the space, while crystals can help absorb negative energy and enhance the vibrations of your home.
- Light and air: Keep your home well-lit and ventilated to allow for the flow of positive energy. Open windows to let in fresh air and natural light, and consider using full-spectrum light bulbs to mimic natural sunlight indoors.
- Intentionally create a sacred space: Dedicate a corner or room in your home as a sacred space for meditation, prayer, or reflection. Fill it with items that are meaningful to you, such as candles, spiritual symbols, or uplifting books, to cultivate a sense of peace and tranquility.
- Practice gratitude: Cultivate an attitude of gratitude in your home by acknowledging and appreciating the blessings in your life. Create a gratitude practice with your family or housemates, and regularly express thanks for the abundance and positivity present in your home.
By implementing these practices, you can raise the vibration of your home and create a harmonious environment that nurtures your well-being and spiritual growth.
Lots of love,
Lilly
