We our eternal beings, having a finite experience to create, to grow, to have fun, to love. You came here for the joy of it all. Somewhere along the way, we may forget this (especially the older we get) and our traumas and heartbreaks can influence or become our identity. The traumas, guilt, & heaviness of our emotional baggage can weigh us down and close our hearts. It does not have to be this way and The Hero’s Journey that you are on requires you to overcome this; it requires you to heal your soul.
